My daughter is 17 and still lives at home and my sister claimed her can I do something about it?

The parent has the superior right to claim their child if the child is a qualifying dependent for the parent.  If the child has already been claimed then your ONLY option is to mail in the return (which you can do now)  to keep the child on your return and the other person should amend their return to remove the child.
