Question

What can I do to fix TurboTax Premier from Freezing up when I try to work with Investment Income? I have imported seven files, lots of data. I need a way to fix this.

Tried  deleting and reinstalling TurboTax. Tried deleting 1099-B imported file.  TurboTax freezes and doesn't remove files.

Skb, I am having the same problem with TT Home & Business desktop software. I am running Windows 10.

 

I have multiple broker statements with a large number of transactions. Have done all the troubleshooting.

I can't find an answer here on the blog. Everything was fine until I went to enter my 6th or 7th broker (can't remember how many now but it was my last statement).

 

I am hoping this will get resolved soon as it is March 16th 😞
