Box 14 data was added for informational purposes and represents the total amount of Local Services Tax, Occupational Privilege Tax, Taxable Vehicle, Imputed Income for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). TurboTax classifies certain entries that affect the tax return. If you are not itemizing deductions, you can use Other (Not Classified) because it does not need to be reported elsewhere.  If you do itemize, you should contact your employer to confirm it is NOT a local tax that would be deductible.
