What causes a US dollar credit card with US address to be rejected as payment?

Expat Amerian living in Canada. I have tried 3 different USD credit cards with US addresses as payment. All have been rejected by TT. Even my Ohio brother's credit card. I'm wondering if I'm ever going to be able to file.

The billing address from the credit card and your mailing address on your US tax return have to be the same to process the credit card for payment of the TurboTax account fees.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen. Edit your Mailing Address to the Billing Address on the credit card. Once the address has been changed return to the File section in Step 2 to complete the credit card payment.

After the credit card payment has been accepted return to My Info and change the Mailing Address back to the original address.
