Question

What do I do about the lack of a complete check scan? I was alerted to this in an email after filing and return accepted by IRS. How do I do that or is it too late?

Who was the email from? Without the scan, Turbo Tax would not have been able to file the return. If the IRS has accepted the return, there is nothing that can be done about this.

It was from Turbo Tax, message was:

We’re reaching out to you because you might have noticed that the “We’ll run a completecheck scan to finalize” screen was blank when you were working on your taxes last weekend. This was a minor issue in TurboTax that was resolved quickly.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you and want to invite you to return to your TurboTax account now that we’ve resolved the matter.

Thanks for being part of the TurboTax family.

Warm regards,

There is no way for me to tell if the “completcheck scan” was run. If it was, there would not have been a reason for them to send me an email about it. So I am confused.
