Box 12 is on your W-2 form and reports various things such as employer paid health insurance premiums and retirement plan contributions. If you don't have anything on your W-2 form in box 12 and you are getting an error message associated with it, you should delete the form and re-enter it. You will see an option to delete the W-2 when you update the entry in the Income and Expenses section in TurboTax.
