What do I do if I do not have a market place tax form

If you did not have marketplace insurance and therefore are not expecting a form 1095A, then when asked if you have marketplace insurance you will answer "No."  You do not need to enter any information from forms 1095B or 1095C into your tax return.

 

If you had marketplace insurance but have not received your 1095A, you need to contact your marketplace representative to help obtain a copy.

 

Once you have the form 1095A you will answer "Yes" to the marketplace insurance question and follow the prompts to enter your form information into TurboTax.
