What do i do if I had no federal taxes withheld because i filed exempt by error?

There is nothing you can do now---except pay tax due if you made a mistake and had no tax withheld all year.   And do not make that mistake again.  Give your employer a W-4 that will tell them to withhold tax.

Tax due must be paid by April 15, 2024.

 

 If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
