What do I do if Its saying my ssn dont match the ssn on my employer form. But it does what do I do?

Delete your W-2 and enter it again.

IF you are filing MFJ and both spouse's have W-2 forms entered, make sure each W-2 is assigned to the correct person.

...or are you trying to import your W-2?  IF that is where you are having a problem...don't import it...indicate you will type it in yourself, and then fill in the software form using your paper copy.
