What do I do if my tax refund for 2018 and 2017 is being used toward my husbands debt that we weren't aware of, and he has already started a payment plan?

You can file an injured spouse form to get your portion of the refund back and you can call the agency that intercepted your refund to make sure they were allowed to do so. Please view the directions below to file an injured spouse form.
