What do I do if the agency I contract with already paid my gross receipts taxes?

You must confirm with the Agency how they are reporting your Income (1099-MISC or W2) and which Taxes they have paid. It is possible that they paid State Sales Taxes for your Gross Receipts.

If you received a 1099-MISC all Federal Withholdings will be placed in Box 4 of this form. If your income was reported in W2 the Federal Withholding will be in Box 2.
