What do I do if TurboTax is stuck on a page that says "preparing your documents" even after 10 minutes?

When I click the "View Return" button during the "File" step of the process a new browser window opens saying "Preparing your documents..." and never shows documents. Using Chrome. I have tried several times. Even closing browser and restarting.

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
