What do I do when trying to file my return and this one page "Passive Carry Forward"keeps telling me to check it. Check the QBI? on the page??

You are using forms that have not been released as approved yet. Please follow this link for updates on when your forms will be ready. Once you see a date, the form is usually released then or soon. Turbo Tax will then incorporate it as quickly as possible.

QBI, near the bottom of the page, is expected to be approved and released February 5, 2020.
