What do I need to do as I Didn’t receive a SSA1099 for my mom that passed away last year?

The Social Security Administration should have been notified immediately of the death of a recipient in order to stop benefits. If you are the person representing her estate and will be preparing her final tax return, contact the SSA or go online to this webpage and see if you can set up an online account for her (if she didn't have one) so you can download the form.
