What do I need to do if I’m at the end and it keeps saying my NPR Allocation worksheet shouldn’t be Less than or equal to zero it’s not HELP?

We need a little more information so that we can  respond to your particular issue.  What state is this form used.  My research indicates that it is a Kentucky form.  The form appears available and in the system for processing.  However, it is early in the filing season and there are still forms being updated.
