    The occupation that you list on your tax return has no effect on it.  You can put unemployed or disabled if you want.

     

    Did you pay attorney fees and are wondering if you pay taxes on it?  If that's your question, you don't pay taxes on attorney's fee that you pay.  You only pay taxes on the money that you make.
