What do to if the drop-down menu (for W-2 box-f in the "review" section) isn't dropping down?

I'm trying to click the drop-down menu but it simply just won't work. Nothing happens when I click the arrow.

The best way to fix this is to edit the W-2 where you entered it.

How to edit a W-2 in TurboTax:

Open or continue your return.
Select the search icon at the top of the page and search for W-2 and select the Jump to link.
Select Work on my W-2 now and Continue.

If you've already entered a W-2 select edit or the pencil icon next to the W-2 you want to fix.

In this particular instance, I need to edit my box f, which doesn't show up in this screen. My W-2 was automatically entered once I provided my employee & employer ID to TurboTax.

The only place it allows me to edit my box f is in the "review" section, but the dropdown menu (to enter a foreign address) won't work.
