Question

What does it mean if it says make sure your Internet is connected and try again later? My Internet is fine. I checked and the connection is good.

It is not letting me file for this "reason"

If you are using the CD/Download version, please see the TurboTax FAQ below, for assistance with a connection error: TurboTax CD/Download Error: A secure connection is necessary 

 

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may need to clear your cache and delete the cookies on your computer. Then sign out and reboot. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox.
