Did you enter a 2023 W-2? Many people have more than one employer during a year, so they have multiple W-2's to enter. ALL of your 2023 W-2's have to be entered on the same tax return. The software is just reminding you of that and prompting you to enter every W-2.

The exclamation point probably means it transferred your W2 over from last year and you need to fill in the 2023 amounts when you get your W2 for this year.

Yes----do not assume that TT automatically entered your 2023 W-2. TT does not do that. When you receive your 2023 W-2, YOU have to enter it yourself.
