What does "less Turbo tax fees" mean?

It would help if you provided some context for that phrase.  If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund then the amount you receive would be the amount on line 20a of your Form 1040 less the TurboTax fees and the refund processing fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA)
