What does this mean?- 601ERRV:?, RT_10 - ?:? - SitePrepFee in RT doesn't match OPR total: 7000 vs 0

Has anyone answered your question or did you figure out what was causing this?  I am going through this problem right now.  I have tried everything and nothing is working.  I talked to someone from TurboTax on the phone and they said to print and mail them in. I would rather not do that since I paid TurboTax 80 dollars so that I could electronically file.
