I file my taxes, paid $138.00 and my taxes was not completed, I ask for my money back , they said even though they didn't complete my taxes, they couldn't give me my money back, this is not right, I'm not satisfied at all.

Why can't I get back my refund, also I try emailing couldn't get through. Because you don't have a email. What is going on.

I need my money. I will tell everyone I come across , how I was treated, this is America, you earn money, not take from the poor

@fatteof2 There is not a way to email TurboTax. There are other ways to contact TT, but email is not one of them.

What do you mean by "my taxes was not completed?" What went wrong? Was your e-file rejected? If it was rejected, you can fix it and re-file it or file it by mail. If it was rejected---tell us the rejection code or rejection message that was emailed to you ----we cannot see the email that was sent to you.
