what errors do I need o fix on my marketplace page? I keep putting in what they ask

I think the error comes from the Market place Identifier and the Market Place assigned policy number.  I put it the marketplace Identifier they tell me; the assigned policy number they gave me  but it won't let me move on saying to fix the errors. I've been on this page for about an hour and have no idea what they are talking about. very frustrated

    We cannot see what you are entering.  One hint I can offer is do not enter any zeros even if your 1095A has some.  The software does not like zero for this form so if your 1095A has a zero, leave that spot blank in the software.

    I think the error is in the "Market place Identifier"

    and "Marketplace-assigned Policy Number". 

    I put what they gave me in the 1095, but it's not working

    I am looking at a 1095A issued for a user in IL.  Near the top left there is a 1. Marketplace identifier---which just says IL.   Next to it is the 2.  Marketplace assigned policy number
