Filed for an extension on s corp. How do I make payment before deadline?

    In general, S-Corps do not pay Federal income taxes as they are pass-through entities. Their income, expenses, deductions and credits are passed through to their owners who then report these items on their own tax returns.

     

    So, an S-Corp does not pay taxes with a filing extension.
