what happened to license code, I installed 2024 Turbo tax desktop and never got instructions with code, when I login to my account there is no Downloads folder?

When you purchased the TurboTax software you would have received a license code.

I had first just downloaded the app for my PC from TurboTax website (had an acccount). I never got any payment prompt, but it did install and I couldn't get past the prompt for the license code.  so I uninstalled, bought the desktop version from Amazon (for half the price), then went to my Amazon library/digital orders.  It lists the license code with the following instructions (basically you need to download it from Turbotax again, then copy the license code when prompted).

Please keep your license code handy, as you will be prompted to enter it during installation.

1. Go to www.InstallTurboTax.com
2. Select the product you purchased to begin your download.
3. Choose your operating system
4. Go to your Downloads folder or chosen download location and double-click to launch your TurboTax program.
5. Follow the steps to install and activate your software.
