Question

What happened to my 2020 download? I get a critical error on my MAC. Cannot find the download file that I paid for.

I purchased the deluxe 2020 version of TurboTax. I installed and opened it on my MAC but today when I opened it to check on updates I get a critical error. I deleted and reinstalled the software but get the same error. I cannot find my download file online. Any help?

Thanks for the reply. I did find the download, deleted the file on my MAC and downloaded the updated file and re-installed and still when I try to open the program I get "Verifying Program..." then some other message flashes on the screen and it shuts down. Everything was working prior to the update.
