What if employer has not provided W2?

Please be aware, if you are an employee then your employer is required to provide you with a W-2 by January 31. Please see What if it's February but I still don't have my W-2?

If you are considered an independent contractor, then please follow these steps to enter your self-employment income:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “self-employed”
3. Click on “Jump to self-employed”
4. TurboTax will walk you through the questions to enter income and expenses.
