What if i don't have my W-2s at the time of filling. I filled with Turbo-Tax 2015

You can't use TurboTax 2015 to file your 2016 tax return. You must use a 2016 version of TurboTax.
It's best to wait until you have all your W-2's before filing. If you enter information that doesn't exactly match what's on your W-2, it may raise a red flag with the IRS.
