If you had health insurance provided by your employer, you will receive Form 1095-B.  The IRS does not need any details from your 1095-B. This form is for your records only. TurboTax will ask a few questions about your health care coverage after you finish entering your deductions and credits.

 

FYI, you cannot deduct pre-tax premiums you pay.
