Question

What if l don't have a 1095-A form for health ins. but a 1099-HC form instead? I was covered for the entire year.

You will answer the question "Did you have health insurance coverage in 2017?"  YES

For the next question you can indicate NO because it is not a Marketplace plan. If you have private insurance, your 1099-HC will indicate if your health insurance meets MCC.
