What if the a, b, and c columns on my 1095-a are more than what I paid out of pocket monthly?

Yes, your 1095-A shows the amount of your monthly premium (Column A), the Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan, (Column B), and the amount of Premium Tax Credit you received each month (Column C).

These amounts don't necessarily relate to each other as you may expect.  Columns A and C might be the same, or close to the same. Column B is the typical premium amount for your area.

Just enter your 1095-A in TurboTax as it is shown on your form, even if the amounts may not make sense to you.

Here's How to Enter Form 1095-A
