What is "CA 99-0584" in my W-2 Box 14?

Turbotax is asking for me to select a category for this W-2 Box 14 "CA 99-0584" description. I've tried to google it and not sure if it's part of CA SDI. Can someone help me understand what this is?

    Only your employer knows for sure.   Enter CA99-0584 in the description box and select Other - not classified as the category.
