Part II Line D of Form 2210 reports the total tax withheld typically during the quarterly date ranges. For wages, these amounts are considered to be withheld evenly throughout the year. In that case, there would be no edit. But, this information can be edited via estimated payments.

To report estimated tax payments, enter estimates in the search box. Select the blue box: Go to Estimated Tax Payments in the search results to go to the Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid in Deductions and Credits.

Otherwise, to return to this section, enter underpayment penalty in the search box and select the Jump to link in the search results to go to Other Tax Situations.

Regarding the dates, the first and second quarter estimate due date for 2020 was changed to 7/15/2020 from 4/15/2020 and 6/15/2020 due to the pandemic. Therefore, there is room to enter two payments but the date range is 1/1/2020 - 7152020 for the first and second quarters.
