Question

What is it asking for on "How much of your 2019 local taxes did you pay in 2020?" ? Is that box 19 of my w-2 from 2019, or something else?

I pay school tax for the city I work in, but file a separate local tax through Ohio RITA, for the city I live in.

Sometimes a person is unable to pay all of the tax that is due at the time that it is due. If, in 2019, you were in this position and ended up paying it in 2020, this question is applicable to you.
