Question

What is my auto order quantity for TurboTax Deluxe 2021? If it is more than one, please reduce it it to just one. My customer number is #xxxxxxxxxx. Thank you.

I think I may have accidentally increased the quantity when I was trying to sort out multiple past personal accounts, then couldn't figure out how to correct it. Call me if necessary at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Bottom line is I only need one CD for 2021.

    This is a PUBLIC users forum, and we folks, from all over the USA and some world places, WE have no access to any of your accounts.

     

    Log into your Advantage account ad look to see if you have more than one ordered

    OF course, you may accidentally created multiple Advantage accounts, so you will have to log in that Advantage site with every intuit UserID you may have to see if you have one CD ordered in each separate account.....and cancel any extras yourself.

     

    (the instructions still talk about the 2020 product, but the same applies to the coming 2021 product)
