You are asking in a public Internet forum. No one in a public user community forum will know your log-in credentials.

It's not clear if you are trying to recover access to your Turbo Card online account, or if you are wanting to create one. My answer above above was how to recover your log-in access to an already-established account.

Or do you not yet have an established online account at the Turbo Card website, and are you asking how to create your online account there?

If so, go to the main Turbo Card webpage at this link and in the top right click on LOG IN.

Then on the next page you'll see the same log-in screen that I provided as an image above in my earlier comment. Scroll down lower on that page, and you'll see the area to create a Turbo Card online account (not shown on my image I posted).
