Are you in CA?  Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  If you have not e-filed yet you can remove that and avoid the refund processing fee by paying for your tax return preparation upfront using a credit/debit card.

 

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:
