Your post indicates that you're using the TurboTax Free Edition.  You should know that the Free Edition doesn't include telephone support.  So you'll be asked to upgrade to a paid TurboTax product before you can contact Support by telephone.  Use the info I'm linking below to contact TurboTax during business hours.
