You local time. California has 2 hours to go.

Local time.

In the old days, it was a race to get the paper version postmarked before April 16th. There was always a line at the post office that was op till mid-night or you had to main mail postal facility and hope someone was accepting mail till midnight. Once midnight hit, no further returns would be accepted for the coveted April 15th postmark.
