There is no particular federal tax form that has to be filed when you reach age 72.

Are you asking about entering a 1099R for taking the RMD out of your retirement account?

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

The form that has to be filed is Form 5329 if you failed to meet your second or later RMD requirement.

If you turned 72 in 2022 you still have until April 1 to meet your first requirement and you would not need the form.
