What is the phone number for customer support?

I have requested a refund 3 times and all have been denied without any specific reason. I could not load the CD since my iMac OS is too old.

If you purchase the program directly from TurboTax you can use the automated refund system within 60 days of purchase.

If you bought the program from a third party reseller then you have to get a refund from then if it's possible.
