What is the total cost of turbo tax deluxe service if I am paying my taxes to the IRS

Everyone pays their federal taxes to the IRS.  The cost of TurboTax depends on what forms you are filing and on which states you are filing.

You pay Turbo Tax to prepare your tax return to send to the IRS. The only way out of this is if you qualify for the Free Edition. The more complicated your return is, depends on the software you choose to purchase. 

Everyone pays taxes to the IRS or you receive a refund.  It has to do with your personal financial and tax situation. This has nothing to do with the service Turbo Tax provides.
