There are several different phone numbers depending on your situation. To contact Customer Support please click the link below. If you are trying to get a refund for a product you purchased, ask for billing - if you put ''refund'' as your reason for contacting TurboTax, you will be sent to a tax refund tracking queue. @tpruit

If you are using the TurboTax Free online edition there is no live TurboTax support. You can ask your question here and someone will be able to help you.
