What is turbo-tax mailing address ... I have already mailed copies to the IRS ... It is suggested to mail the copies to turbo tax as well

Please do not send copies of your tax returns to TurboTax. Only mail them to the IRS and your state tax agency.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

@fatboy5223 You added on to someone else's old post. Not sure what you are trying to do----but you do NOT mail tax returns to TurboTax.

In the online version the fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.

@goofuseas What are you trying to do? This is a very old thread, and it was started by someone who was so confused they thought they should mail their tax return to TurboTax as well as to the IRS. That was a mistaken idea. You do not mail tax returns to TurboTax. Do you have some other reason for requesting a mailing address for TurboTax?

Okay, I'll accept membership but I was not mailing in my taxes direct to you 'cause I knew you already had copy in you file but I did need to question you on a discrepancy subject. So now, am I expelled from membership or not?

@goofuseas What membership? There is no membership to be "expelled" from. We do not know what you are trying to ask about. No one in this forum can see your information or access your account. We do not know if you e-filed your return or mailed it in an envelope. If you filed your return-----how was it filed? Did you e-file or did you mail it? What discrepancy are you trying to ask about?

Wow, you ask a lot of questions, but that shows your personal interest and I appreciate. Some times us old (87) year old people can't keep up with this new age things of communicating.

I had already filed my (2019) taxes and was notified in the year of 2022 of an error. I was questioning the penalty being so high due to their taking so long to notify me of paying the difference when the forms were verified. So now, am I still a member of the
