What kind of racket are you running I only want to know what I owe and no more upgrades

Payment of any TurboTax fees is in the File section of the program in Step 1.  You pay using a US credit or debit card.  So, in the Black ribbon on the left side, select File.  The first option is to opay.

 

Or

 

In that same left side of the software go down to Tools, then Tax tools then My Fees.
