We have no idea what you're referring to. However, since you are paying for live real time help, I would suggest you click the "live help" button to talk via video chat or text chat with a CPA. I "think" that only works during normal business hours at this time. Being that Monday is a holiday, I don't know if that will be available to you before Tuesday.

Put into what?    Disabled is a checkbox.    Where do you see a place to enter a number?
