I called the irs it’s been more than 21 days and they said I had an error on my taxes

The IRS would have to give you more details on what they are referring to. If your return was accepted then it means that it cleared the preliminary checks in terms of your information matching what the IRS had on file. Anything past that, they will usually notify you by mail.
