This return cannot be filed at this time due to a processing error that will be corrected on February
10, 2022. On or after February 10, 2022 open the rejected return, review it for errors, and resubmit return for electronic filing

Yes, the error code description explains why you are seeing Reject Code SA-F1040-027. There is a known issue in the calculation of your total charitable contributions that is expected to be fixed on or after February 10, 2022. Please log into your TurboTax account after that date and return to the review section. The error should be resolved so you can e-file your return.

No, it's not February 10th.  At first it was February 3rd, but now it's February 18th.  And no kidding it should be resolved so I can e-file our return.  This is CLEARLY a software error.  The value on line 14 of schedule A is, in my case, actually the right amount.  The problem is that the value from line 27 of the Charitable Deduction Limits Carryover worksheet is what's supposed to be on line 13 of schedule A.  Some part of the software knows that, because it's adding schedule A lines 11, 12, and what should be on line 13 to come up with the value shown on line 14.  You can blame the IRS for a lot of stuff, but this error is not one of those things.

Guess what today is!  February 18th, 2022.  Guess what was supposed to be fixed today!  This calculation.  Guess what isn't fixed!  Good guess!

Looks like it did get fixed.  My fed e-file was accepted midday.  Finally

Me too, but not after another three very painful conversations with three people who all thought they were starting from scratch.  While sitting on hold waiting for another incorrect answer (try again Monday), I went into the option to print my return, and voila, the right amount appeared on line 13 of Schedule A.  Since I had previously printed my rejected return with government worksheets, I printed out the accepted return and compared them.  And not that it mattered to my return, but there was a whole lot more changed than just that one line.  It looks like anyone who made charitable contributions greater than 60% of their income was also due for a fix, since all our charitable contributions moved from that category to the 100%  deductible.

The communication on this was horrible.  The tracking on this was horrible.  We need to use Turbo Tax because of the carryover, and because although I know what the numbers should be, Turbo Tax is great (usually) at putting the numbers in the right places.  But if our taxes were slightly less complicated, I'd use IRS Free File.  Any more complicated, I'd hire an accountant.

Thanks so much for posting that you were finally successful.  Did you get any notifications that the problem had been fixed?
