Question

What should I do if my W2 shows nothing in columns 3 (Social Security Wages), 4 (Social Security tax Withheld), 5 (Medicare Wages) and 6 (Medicare Tax Withheld)?

Then you leave it blank when you enter the information from your W-2.   And....ask your employer why they did not withhold anything for Social Security or Medicare so you will know what is going on with that for the next year.

Those boxes being blank should not prevent you from e-filing your income tax.

Some state and local government employees and student-employees of universities are exempt for FICA (social security and Medicare) tax.  There may be other exemptions.
