What should I do if Turbo Tax put two different refund amounts resulting in me getting a lesser refund amount than owed?

Please clarify your question. Where are you seeing two different refund amounts?  Are you seeing two federal refunds? Or a federal and state refund?

Not sure what you mean....but did the summary in the account confuse you?   TurboTax shows you a summary that nets out the difference between a federal tax refund and state tax owed, or vice versa.   Look at the actual tax forms to see the refund or tax due.   A federal refund is on line 35a of your Form 1040; federal tax due is on line 37 and must be paid by April 18, 2023.   Your state forms vary so we cannot say what line number for you to look at on the state form--but if you look it over you can find it.

what Turbotax shows is based on your entries. if the IRS/state find incorrect info they will change the refund and eventually send a letter of explanation. but you can call either or both to inquire
